Every stitch is checked. Each plush gets its final brush-out and a tag of authenticity.

International shipping
We currently ship to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and the EU. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after our 5–10 business day made-to-order window.
Shipping questions
Why does processing take 5–10 days?
We’re currently making every plush to order as it comes in — nothing sits on a shelf. Each one is hand-finished, checked, signed, and wrapped before it ships, and we’d much rather take an extra day than send something that isn’t ready. Thank you for your patience — it’s slow on purpose, and worth the wait.
Do you ship on weekends?
Not yet. Orders placed Friday–Sunday enter production Monday morning.
Can you ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO address?
Yes — USPS delivers to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses. Standard shipping is the only option for those destinations.
I entered the wrong address — can you change it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us immediately at help@willowplushshop.com and we'll update it. Once tracking is in motion, we can't reroute the parcel.
